The holistic Sculptural Face and Buccal Massage works with the fascia, lymphatic pathways, neck, jaw and craniosacral system to release tension, restore natural tone, and awaken a sense of balance and vitality throughout the whole body.
Blending facial sculpting with nervous system care, this non-invasive treatment supports both visible facial rejuvenation and deep relaxation. Whether you’re looking for natural facial lifting, relief from TMJ and jaw tension, or a deeply restorative experience, each session is tailored to your body and needs.
Drawing from a blend of Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lymphatic and Restorative Swedish techniques, I work holistically to support release, balance and reconnection throughout your body. This is a collaborative process—guided by deep listening and clear communication. Each session is tailored to your needs that day. We move at a pace that honors where you are, while inviting reorganization and balance.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on modality that invites the body to release restrictions in the cranial system —the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using light touch, often no greater than the weight of a nickel, this work supports profound shifts in the nervous system and throughout the whole body.
