Integrative Massage

Each session is a personalized treatment designed to support the whole you.

Craniosacral therapy is the foundation of my practice, offering the nervous system an opportunity to settle so the body can more fully receive and integrate deeper fascial and muscular work.

Drawing from a blend of Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Lymphatic, and restorative Swedish techniques, sessions are shaped by what your body is communicating in the moment.

This is a collaborative process, guided by deep listening and clear communication. Sessions support release, balance, and reconnection honoring where you are while inviting ease and vitality into your daily experience.

What to Expect During your Session
These sessions are done with clothing removed to your comfort level. Each session begins with a craniosacral evaluation to see where your body is holding tension and to help you settle in before we move deeper into the tissue. I then use a tailored combination of modalities chosen to meet your body’s needs that day. Sessions usually end with craniosacral work.

I bring curiosity and collaboration to every session, adjusting pressure based on your feedback. This is not a “No pain no gain” approach. When the work is targeted, we may go deep and the sensation can be intese, but we stay within a safety zone where your nervous system doesn’t go into protection mode. Communication is key, especially if we are doing deeper pressure work. The goal is to invite your body to release and reorganzie rather than “push through” discomfort.
