My path to bodywork wasn’t a straight line. I spent many years immersed in creative work—first as a songwriter/musician and later as a prop stylist for photo shoots—following my desire to make art and tell stories. Over time though, I felt that an essential piece was missing.

Looking back now, it’s clear that the foundations for this work were present long before I had language for them. I grew up practicing Vipassana meditation, was introduced early to hands on healing, and was raised by parents who approached the body, health, and inner life with openness and curiosity. I received cranio work as a baby and became Reiki certified as a teenager, yet never imagined pursuing a career in bodywork.

A pivotal chapter in my own journey was undergoing double jaw surgery in 2012. The challenges of that experience and the healing i underwent afterward shaped the way i understand pain and the body’s capacity for resilience. This experience continues to inform my work and is one of the reasons I’m especially drawn to craniosacral therapy and nervous system focused care.

My approach to bodywork is one of deep listening—staying neutral and present, and meeting what your body is experiencing without projection. I pay attention to subtle patterns in the craniosacral system and fascia, discovering where the body may be holding tension or long-standing protective patterns. Using the tools I’ve learned, I support the body’s innate capacity for regulation and balance.

I’m a lifelong learner and continue to deepen my education in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, alongside ongoing study in other modalities. I feel grateful every day to do this work and to continue growing as I support my clients.
